## Card format Overview

A proprietary 38-bit card format used in access control systems, featuring a unique structure composed of 13-bit facility code, 19-bit access code, and 4-bit issue code, and 2 parity bits (even and odd), allowing for easy management and avoiding card number duplication for secure, contactless access.

## BQT 38bit format properties

### Facility Code

13 bits. The facility code range is 0 to 8,191.

### Access Code

19 bits (Bits 2-20), range 0-524,287.

### Issue Code

4 bits (Bits 21-24), range 0-15.

### Even parity

Even Parity for Even parity over bits 1-18.

### Odd parity

Odd Parity for Odd parity over bits 19-36.
