Frequently asked questions
Does Accessgrid work with MIFARE Classic?
No. Only MIFARE DESFire EV2 and HID Seos.
Does AccessGrid work with my existing reader deployment?
Depends. As long as your existing reader is certified by Apple or Google, it should work, provided you have access to master keys, application IDs, and a few other configuration bits. If your reader is not certified by Apple or Google, it may still work, but you'll need to try our sample pass generator.
Can I pay on a monthly basis?
You can pay on a monthly basis, but pricing is 25% higher than the prices listed on this page. Please be sure to mention this during your demo or onboarding if it's a requirement.
How secure is your system?
We are located in multiple regions, using a fault-tolerant, highly-available (HA) architecture, with disaster recovery and military-grade encryption of all customer data.
How does support work?
