**Does Accessgrid work with MIFARE Classic?**  
No. Only MIFARE DESFire EV2 and HID Seos.

**Does AccessGrid work with my existing reader deployment?**  
Depends. As long as your existing reader is certified by Apple or Google, it should work, provided you have access to master keys, application IDs and a few other configuration bits. If your reader is not certified by Apple or Google, it may still work, but you'll need to try our sample pass generator.

**Can I pay on a monthly basis?**  
You can pay on a monthly basis, but pricing is 25% higher than the prices listed on this page. Please be sure to mention this during your demo or onboarding if it's a requirement.

**How secure is your system?**  
We are located in multiple-regions, using a fault-tolerant, highly-available (HA) architecture, with disaster recovery and military-grade encryption of all customer data.

**How does support work?**  
We provide premium support to all enterprise and partner plans with an SLA, providing 24/7 access to our engineering team via email, slack and phone. For business plans, we provide support with 6 hours via in-app chat or email.

**Have a large employee base?**
